A Gold Medal Was Presented To Inv. Bahareh Sharifioun At The 7th Istanbul International Inventions Fair
At the 7th Istanbul International Inventions Fair – ISIF’22, between 30 August and 04 September 2022, Inv. Bahareh Sharifioun had the chance to participate in one of the most visited invention and innovation events on a worldwide scale.
Ms. Bahareh Sharifioun was able to compete in ISIF 22, which was held with the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT), the International Federation of Inventors’ Association (IFIA), the Anatolia Inventions and Inventors Association, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Turkey Technology Team.
At the opening ceremony, Inv. Bahareh Sharifioun had the chance to talk to many distinguished people in the world of invention and innovation, such as the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mr. Mustafa Varank, The President of TÜRKPATENT, Mr. Cemil BAŞPINAR, and IFIA Vice President, Mr. Zoran BARISIC. These were some of the notable people in the invention community that were present at the opening ceremony, and Ms. Sharifioun shared her experiences in the world of invention and innovation with them.
This year, ISIF’22 hosted over 1 million visitors from all around the world. Besides, more than 270 inventors from 13 countries participated in this international event as contestants. Moreover, at the awards ceremony, Mr. Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, The President of Türkiye, visited the TEKNOFEST area and presented the ISIF'22 Grand Prix award as an exceptional award.
Last but not least, at the 7th Istanbul International Inventions Fair, Inv. Bahareh Sharifioun had the chance to present her invention, Smart Compact Gadget for Cars, and won the Gold Medal in the security section of the competition. Moreover, as an entrepreneur and innovator, she shared her knowledge and understanding of marketing and commercialization with others and heard their stories.
